Stellenbeschreibung

Als Commissioning Engineer (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unser Team im Bereich Site Integration, Airport and Logistic, mit folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind in die initiale Projektplanungsphase involviert, arbeiten mit dem Projektteam zusammen und überprüfen die Projektpläne, Spezifikationen und Zeitrahmen, um ein klares Verständnis der Projektziele zu gewährleisten
  • Sie koordinieren gemeinsam mit dem Bauleiter während der Inbetriebnahmephase alle Aktivitäten auf der Baustelle und fungieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Auftragnehmer und Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Sie testen die Software im FAT zusammen mit unseren HLC- und LLC-Softwareingenieuren und überprüfen die Qualität der Verdrahtung von Sensoren, Aktoren und Bussystemen durch Messungen sowie regelmäßige Hardware- und Softwarechecks, um Mängel und Abweichungen zu identifizieren
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass die Inbetriebnahme der Maschinen, der Teilsysteme und des Gesamtsystems in Zusammenarbeit mit allen Beteiligten unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Sicherheitsvorschriften erfolgt
  • Sie führen detaillierte Aufzeichnungen der täglichen Aktivitäten durch, einschließlich Fortschrittsberichte und verschiedene Tests
Qualifikationen
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Sie haben mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Inbetriebnahme, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte elektrotechnische Kenntnisse, Erfahrung im Umgang mit SPS-Systemen und haben erste Führungserfahrungen
  • Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft mit, da Dienstreisen zu Ihrem Berufsalltag gehören
  • Sie verfügen über einen international gültigen Führerschein
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
