MOD LIGHTING is a fast-growing, design-driven eCommerce brand redefining how people experience lighting in their homes. We believe lighting is art — a bold expression of personality — and we're on a mission to become the world's leading destination for modern, statement-making luxury fixtures.
We're a fully remote, fast-moving startup with massive growth ahead. If you thrive in environments where you own outcomes, move quickly, and contribute meaningful improvements without corporate red tape, you'll feel right at home here.
The RoleWe're hiring a highly technical and analytical Ecommerce Manager to own the performance, health, and continuous improvement of our Shopify Plus storefront. This role sits at the intersection of product management, CRO, technical oversight, merchandising, and cross-functional leadership.
You will manage multiple partners (dev agency, CRO agency), oversee internal VAs, drive the website roadmap, and ensure each improvement — from UX upgrades to feature releases — is data-backed and flawlessly executed.
This is a vacancy replacement, now elevated. We're looking for someone senior enough to take ownership quickly and create noticeable improvements within the first 90 days.
