• You will implement Microsoft Teams Phone solutions and ensure smooth telephony for our customers.
• You will develop smart voice architectures for efficient communication.
• You will support migrations to Teams Phone and ensure secure, trouble-free operation.
• You will integrate SIP trunks, VoIP components and existing telephone systems into Microsoft Teams, including the configuration of SBCs.
• You will manage number porting, operate the solution in a stable manner and ensure quality with CQD and call analytics.
• You will focus your second area of expertise specifically on projects (see below).

Your second Focus

• In addition to your main focus, you ideally also have knowledge in one of the following areas.
• SharePoint: You structure digital workspaces in SharePoint, translate requirements into clear information architectures or assist with data migration.
• Collaboration governance: You establish guidelines for collaboration in Microsoft 365, define roles and lifecycles, ensure compliance and anchor all of this in practical standards.
• Power Platform: You develop solutions with the Power Platform, connect systems and improve processes.
• AI solutions: You optimise processes and work with Azure AI and Copilot and embed AI responsibly in everyday work.

When you fit in with us

• You have experience with Teams Phone and migrations from PBX environments.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and communicate confidently with customers.
• You are curious, enjoy testing new technologies and are not afraid of innovative solutions.
• Ideally, you are also familiar with Microsoft Collaboration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform or Co-Pilot).
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
