So kannst du deinen Beitrag bei uns leisten:
- Durch deine analytischen Fähigkeiten und deinen Weitblick sicherst du eine effiziente Planung des Warenflusses und trägst somit maßgeblich zu unserer Mission Access to Healing bei
- Entwickle abgesicherte Absatz- und Bedarfsprognosen und führe eine kontinuierliche Analyse des Bedarfs gegenüber der Supply Chain durch
- Führe den monatlichen S&OP Bedarfs Forecast aus, bereite Entscheidungsvorlagen für unsere S&OP Sitzungen vor und arbeite dabei eng mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing und Finanzen zusammen
- Analysiere relevante Daten, um Prognosen anzupassen und auf Veränderungen in den Verkaufstrends proaktiv zu reagieren
- Identifiziere Kosteneinsparpotenziale und ungenutzte Chancen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Gewinnverbesserung aus Supply Chain Sicht
- Unterstütze bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Risiko- und Problemmanagement-Strategien.
- Implementiere Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung der Bedarfsplanung und erstelle Reportings für strategische Entscheidungen der Geschäftsführung.
- Verwalte und pflege Planungs-, Steuerungs- und Dispositionsparameter zur Sicherstellung einer 100% Warenverfügbarkeit.
Das solltest du mitbringen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis mit Fokus auf Kapazitäts- und Absatzplanung
- Erfahrung im Supplier-Management (Lieferantenauswahl, Lieferantenbewertung, Beziehungspflege)
- Gute Kentnisse in der Einbindung des Vertriebs in die Absatz- und Bedarfsprognose zur umfassenden Unterstützung des S&OP-Prozesses bis zur Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung
- Innovationsfähigkeit, exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Flexibilität.
- Organisationstalent mit der Fähigkeit zum Multitasking und Time-Management.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrungen im ERP-System SAP
