Talent Acquisition Consultant (m/w/d)

Die Entourage GmbH ist ein spezialisiertes Beratungsunternehmen im Life-Science-Umfeld und unterstützt ihre Kunden bei der Umsetzung komplexer Projekte entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

Im Rahmen eines strategischen Beratungsprojekts im Großraum München suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die die operative Umsetzung von Talent-Acquisition-Aktivitäten im Pharma-Umfeld übernimmt. Sie sprechen Kandidat:innen aktiv an, steuern Prozesse strukturiert und verantworten die Umsetzung im laufenden Projekt. Als Berater:in und Talent-Acquisition-Profi leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Projekterfolg unseres Kunden.

Responsibilities

  • Identifikation und gezielte Ansprache qualifizierter Kandidat:innen über relevante Kanäle
  • Aktives Sourcing sowie strukturiertes Kandidatenmanagement
  • Führung von Gesprächen mit Kandidat:innen und fundierte Profilbewertung
  • Steuerung, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit fachlichen Stakeholdern

Qualifications

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Talent-Acquisition-Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Know-how im Life-Science- bzw. Pharma-Umfeld (Must-have)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Argumentationsstärke
  • Freude am Austausch mit Menschen und an aktiver Ansprache
  • Strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
