Als Head of Business Development (all genders) arbeitest du direkt mit dem CEO der valantic FSA zusammen, um die Unternehmensstrategie mitzugestalten und umzusetzen. Dabei handelt es sich um eine einflussreiche, vertrauensvolle Rolle, die sich auf die Geschäftsentwicklung, Wertschöpfung und strategische Umsetzung konzentriert.

  • Strategie & Marktintelligenz
  • Leite die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie und der Equity Story
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Marktinformationen, um Wettbewerber, Kunden, regulatorische Entwicklungen und neue Technologien zu verfolgen
  • Erkenntnisse in strategische Chancen und Risiken umsetzen; datengestützte Empfehlungen an die Geschäftsleitung und den Vorstand weiterleiten
  • Geschäftsentwicklung, Partnerschaften und kommerzielle Optimierung
  • Identifiziere, bewerte und verhandele strategische Partnerschaften
  • Treibe die Optimierung von Preis- und Markteinführungsmodellen voran
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-, Vertriebs- und Finanzteams, um kommerzielle Optimierungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und umzusetzen
  • Strategische Programmdurchführung, Governance und Aufsicht über die Rechtseinheiten
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Umsetzung wichtiger strategischer Initiativen über Funktionen und Regionen hinweg
  • Governance-, KPI- und Reporting-Frameworks einrichten
  • Unterstützung des CEO, CFO und General Counsel bei der Governance von Legal Entities
  • Führung und Entwicklung von leistungsstarken Teams
  • Aufbau und Coaching eines leistungsstarken, wachstumsorientierten Teams
  • Förderung der teamweiten Eigenverantwortung, Leistung und kontinuierlichen Entwicklung innerhalb des Teams
Was Dich auszeichnet
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Unternehmensberatung
  • Fundierte Expertise in der Ausführung und Teamführung (2+ Jahre disziplinarische Verantwortung) in einem Fintech oder einem Unternehmen mit Erfahrung mit Finanztechnologie
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken, analytische und strukturierte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Führungspräsenz
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Integrität und unternehmerischer Denkweise
  • Fähigkeit, mit Komplexität und Mehrdeutigkeit in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld umzugehen
