Director, EMEA Compliance - Germany Outsourcing

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung eines angemessenen Auslagerungsmanagements und entsprechender Kontroll- und Überwachungsprozesse.

  • Erstellung und Pflege einer vollständigen Dokumentation der Auslagerungen (einschließlich Weiterverlagerungen).

  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bezüglich der institutsinternen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen bei Auslagerungen.

  • Koordination und Überprüfung der durch die zuständigen Bereiche durchgeführten Risikoanalyse.

  • Mitwirkung an Vertragsverhandlungen mit Dienstleistern und Abstimmung der Vertragsinhalte mit der Rechtsabteilung und dem auslagernden Fachbereich (insbesondere Sicherstellung, dass mandatorische Klauseln in den Auslagerungsvereinbarungen enthalten sind).

  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung der Prozesse des Vertragsmanagements und der Dienstleistersteuerung.

  • Erstellung von Risikoanalysen; Ermittlung, Bewertung und Vorschlag von Maßnahmen zur Minderung von Interessenkonflikten; Koordination der Planung von Business Continuity und Exit-Strategie; Abgabe von Empfehlungen, ob das Outsourcing über die Planungsphase hinausgeht und ob eine spezifische Outsourcing-Vereinbarung unterzeichnet werden soll;

  • Laufendes Management des Outsourcing-Risikos (einschließlich Konzentrationsrisiko); Erstellung von Outsourcing-Risikoberichten für andere Funktionen und die Geschäftsführung.

  • Bewertung der Wesentlichkeit der (geplanten) Auslagerung.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

  • Der Outsourcing-Manager hat einen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht, Jura oder vergleichbar).

  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen. Kenntnisse in der Regulierung

  • Expertise im Bereich der Regulierung von Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen.

  • Kenntnisse in der Vertragsgestaltung einschließlich SLAs und KPIs zur Überwachung und Steuerung von Dienstleistern.

  • Erfahrung im IT-Servicemanagement.

  • Gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.

  • Souveränität im Auftreten.
