Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab dem eine/n erfahrene/n Facility & Project Manager for Building Office Services (BOS) (m/w/d). Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Facility & Project Manager/in, der/die unsere Standorte in Deutschland, Österreich und Tschechien operativ und strategisch unterstützt. Arbeitsort ist München. Die Berichtslinie erfolgt an die Head of Building Office Services vor Ort. Hauptaufgaben

  • In Übereinstimmung mit der regionalen BOS-Strategie sind Sie verantwortlich für die Organisation und Koordination von Hard und Soft Services für unsere Boutiquen und unser Headquarter in München. Dabei gewährleisten Sie einen reibungslosen Betrieb, definieren KPIs und stellen die Einhaltung der Richemont-Standards sicher.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Marken und externen Dienstleistern zur Umsetzung von Projekten, Wartungen und Serviceoptimierungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungs- und Renovierungsmaßnahmen gemäß dem Richemont Workplace Standard
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von digitalen Tools (z.
  • ServiceNow, Raum- und Arbeitsplatzbuchungssysteme)
  • Mitwirkung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Kontext des digitalen Arbeitsplatzes und der Transformation (z.
  • IFM-Projekt für die Region)
  • Vertrags- und Kostenmanagement inkl. SLA-Überwachung, Ausschreibungen und Budgetverantwortung
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Facility Managements im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility-/Projektmanagement
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Einzelhandel / Luxussegment
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Projektkoordination, Budgetsteuerung und Vertragsmanagement Kompetenzen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CAFM-Systemen (z.
  • ServiceNow)
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierung, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Matrixorganisationen sowie in der erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
