The role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Working Student to join our Global FP&A team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global finance environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our financial planning cycles, month-end closing processes, and providing data-driven insights to leadership across our global markets.

What You'll Do
The primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Financial Close Support: Assist the FP&A team with the monthly financial close process, focusing on data validation and reconciliation to ensure the highest level of accuracy across systems.
• Business & Financial Analysis: Drive in-depth analysis on high-volume operational data and core financial metrics to identify key trends, track performance against budgets, and uncover areas for business optimization.
• Reporting & Automation: Develop, automate, and maintain critical financial reports, dashboards, and analytical models using tools like Workday Adaptive Planning to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Planning & Forecasting: Provide direct support for global financial planning, annual budgeting, and regular forecasting cycles, consolidating input from various markets and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Ad-Hoc Business Transparency: Collaborate closely with team members on urgent, ad-hoc financial requests, delivering timely, clear, and transparent insights to support critical decision-making for executive leadership.

What You'll Bring

• Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate complex financial information into clear narratives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Desirable (A Plus)

• Prior internship or work experience in an FP&A, Accounting, or Business Intelligence function.
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) or BI tools, including Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet).
