Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager in our Consumer Marketing team, you will own the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns that drive measurable growth across key markets. Your focus will be on planning, setting up, and optimizing campaigns across Search, Display, and Paid Social to deliver efficient performance at scale.
You will analyze large datasets to uncover optimization opportunities, ensuring our investments deliver maximum impact. Working closely with the Brand team, you'll help shape creative assets that resonate with our audience and align with campaign objectives. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will report on performance to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and clear recommendations.
With your expertise, you will identify new business opportunities, explore emerging platforms, and continuously refine our approach to performance marketing. Your work will combine analytical rigor, operational excellence, and a growth mindset to accelerate Chrono24's expansion.

• Own the planning, execution and optimization of performance campaigns for Search, Paid Social and Display. 
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spending.
• Design and run A/B tests on creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.
• Perform keyword and shopping feed analysis to identify optimization opportunities. 
• Act as the POC of performance marketing for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Connect with the brand team to define creatives, copies and landing pages to ensure a smooth user experience. 
• Implement a multi-channel reporting process, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization and future planning.
• Champion a data-driven approach to campaign management, leveraging insights to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, especially with Shopping Ads (mandatory) and Search Ads; e-commerce, marketplace, or luxury goods experience is a plus. Knowledge of other channels like Paid Social and Display is desirable. 
• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
• Technical skills: Deep knowledge of Google Ads platform and Google Merchant Center. Data and events integration, Campaign structure and scripts. 
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• AI Tools: Ability to leverage AI-driven tools for campaign optimization and efficiency.
• Global Perspective: Experience working on international campaigns and adapting messaging to different cultural contexts.
• Passion for Luxury & Watches: A genuine interest in luxury goods, particularly high-end watches, is a strong plus.
