Als Personalberatung suchen wir für unsere Mandantin, eine internationale Bank in Berlin-Mitte, eine*n erfahrene*n Compliance Manager als EZB-Experten (m/w/d) mit profundem Verständnis europäischer Regulatorik. Sie beraten Fachbereiche und Führungskräfte der Bank, steuern Richtlinienprozesse und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für die Anforderungen der EZB.
Die Tätigkeit kann bundesweit
remote
aus dem Homeoffice ausgeübt werden.
Sie sollten allerdings bereit sein, einmal monatlich für Team-Meetings nach Berlin zu kommen. Die Kosten übernimmt die Bank.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • interne Beratung zu MaRisk, KWG, EBA-Leitlinien und relevanten EU-Regulierungen
  • Unterstützung der Compliance-Abteilung bei Reporting-, Monitoring- und Kontrollprozessen
  • Analyse regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Compliance-Richtlinien der Bank
  • interne Beratung zu Erwartungen der EZB in Hinblick auf Governance und regulatorische Zusammenarbeit
  • Aufbau und Pflege der Infrastruktur zur Einhaltung der EZB-Vorgaben
  • Proaktives Stakeholder-Management bis auf Geschäftsführungsebene
  • Leitung von Compliance- und Governance-Projekten

Damit punkten Sie:

  • Erstes juristisches Staatsexamen oder Volljurist (m/w/d) nach deutschem Recht
  • idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bankenumfeld (Legal/Compliance)
  • ausgeprägtes Verständnis von EZB-Anforderungen, MaRisk, KWG, EBA
  • hohe analytische Kompetenz und Lösungsorientierung
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
