In dieser Schlüsselrolle leitest du Teams, die maßgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen realisieren und Automationskomponenten wie Fördertechniksysteme, Regalbediengeräte, Roboter oder AGVs in Betrieb nehmen.

Your tasks

  • Weiterer Aufbau und fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilungen im Bereich Controls Engineering (Stacker Cranes, Pallet Conveyor, Lightgoods, Robotics) in Deutschland und Europa.
  • Kontinuierliche Erweiterung des Produktportfolios und strategische Weiterentwicklung von Abteilungs-Know-how (z. B. Emulation, virtuelle Inbetriebnahme, IoT-Anbindung).
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, funktionaler Sicherheit und Cybersecurity-Anforderungen
  • Ressourcen- und Budgetüberwachung und der damit verbundenen Kapazitätssteuerung.
  • Marktanalyse, Auswahl und langfristiger Aufbau passender Partner für die externe Unterstützung im Bereich Controls Engineering für die Überbrückung von Kapazitätsengpässen.
  • Schnittstellenkoordination mit Mechanik, Elektroplanung, Projektleitung und IT.

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung im Automatisierungsbereich
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse über PLC Technologien, elektrische Antriebslösungen, Sensorik und Aktorik
  • Du hast Erfahrung in den Themenfeldern Netzwerkinfrastruktur und industriellen Bussystemen
  • Du hast langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung und Motivation von Teams, idealerweise mit zum Teil remote arbeitenden Kollegen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden (klassisch und agil)
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch und hast Lust auf Zusammenarbeit mit Software Entwicklern, Konstrukteuren und Kunden
