Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Wallhausen. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the management team in daily operations, coordinating projects, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Additionally, tasks will include managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Forestry and/ or agricultural degree as well as practical experinece in one or both of these fields
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in project coordination and management
• A 2-3 work experinece is preferred but not necessary
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. and other relevant software
