We're now looking for a Senior Director of Growth Product to define and lead the next chapter of Oviva's growth story. This is an exciting opportunity to architect how a category-leading healthtech company scales, combining purpose-driven leadership with data, systems, and creativity.

  • You're a strategic, hands-on growth leader who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and data.
  • You have a track record of building and scaling growth systems that drive measurable business and customer impact.
  • You're commercially sharp - able to translate experimentation and insight into financial performance.
  • You're analytical and structured, using data to focus teams, prioritise initiatives, and track ROI.
  • You're a natural leader and collaborator, skilled at aligning cross-functional teams behind a shared vision.
  • You're motivated by purpose, driven to make a tangible difference in people's lives through scalable, accessible care.

  • Experience in consumer health, lifestyle, or digital therapeutics is a plus — but not essential.

  • Own patient growth across the full lifecycle - from acquisition and onboarding to represcription and reactivation.

  • Deliver measurable impact by meeting quarterly growth and retention targets that link directly to business outcomes.
  • Scale what works - operationalise proven levers in acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple markets.
  • Build new growth engines , such as patient referrals, product-led engagement, and personalised experiences.

  • Define and run Oviva's growth system , setting the frameworks, metrics, and cadences for how we prioritise, experiment, and learn.

  • Lead and inspire three cross-functional teams (and growing) - developing future leaders and fostering a culture of ownership and impact.
