Your mission

As a Platform Product Owner (m/f/d), you are responsible for the foundation on which all myneva products are built. Your goal is to develop a scalable, secure, and high-performance platform that, with its core software components and infrastructure, serves as the integration and innovation backbone of our product portfolio. In close collaboration with the development team, you translate strategic requirements into concrete tasks that create the maximum value for the entire product landscape.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously refine a clear platform vision that combines business value, security, and technological innovation.

  • Translate requirements from the market, customers, and internal product teams into a platform roadmap, epics, and user stories.

  • Take ownership of interfaces, APIs, data models, and integration mechanisms that enable seamless collaboration across our products.

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the platform backlog.

  • Collaborate with:

    • Engineering Management (technical implementation, architectural decisions)

    • Other Product Owners (business requirements and product integration)

  • Security, Compliance, and IT Operations (security, data protection, and regulatory topics)

  • Balance short-term business needs with long-term investments in scalability and sustainability.

Your profile

  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration and/or IT.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in agile software product management, ideally in platforms or integration solutions, as well as experience handling complex requirement landscapes.

  • Ability to present complex technical content clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for aligning various stakeholders around a shared platform vision.

  • Basic technical understanding in areas such as software and cloud architectures, APIs, data models, and DevOps principles is an advantage.

  • Self-initiative, structured working style, and high quality standards.

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages such as German are an advantage.
