We're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to help bring cultural events to life and connect communities. If you're passionate about Ukrainian culture, community, and meaningful projects — this is for you.

What you'll do


• Coordinate cultural events, workshops


• Communicate with artists, guests & volunteers


• Support event planning, logistics & follow-up


• Work closely with a creative team on-site in Düsseldorf

What you bring


• Interest in culture & intercultural work


• Organizational and communication skills


• Ukrainian or/and English (German helpful but not required)


• Reliability, initiative & team spirit

Time: Flexible (approx. 2–5 hrs/week or project-based, on-site)
