Join us at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in our newest European hub for Chase bank, located in the heart of Berlin. As we embark on this exciting chapter of growth and expansion, we are seeking a passionate content producer to help build and deliver content using Adobe AEM CMS.

As a passionate content producer in a collaborative content operations team, you will be part of a collaborative content operations team that spans both the UK and Germany. You'll work closely with colleagues across these locations to ensure content is consistently aligned with core components and layouts, supporting our digital offerings in multiple markets. This cross-country position offers the opportunity to gain international experience, contribute to best practices across regions, and play a key part in shaping the content experience for Chase in Europe.

The role offers significant scope for development for the right candidate, as the Content function continues to expand within the firm.

Job responsibilities:

• Upload and publish content into AEM ensuring accuracy at every stage
• Maintain taxonomy and tagging strategy for all content
• Work alongside our localisation team to ensure translation requirements are met during the content creation process
• Ensure content meets accessibility requirements
• Work closely with content writers and Martech developers to maintain and enhance the quality of content
• Maintain a high level of content governance through strict content controls
• Help support our product partners as we expand the offering across our UK and German product lines
• Manage and report on status ensuring key stakeholders are informed on progress
• Review and maintain the quality of our content to ensure it stays fresh and up-to-date
• Provide additional support for content related projects as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Fluency in written and verbal German
• Commercially aware, process-driven web content specialist
• Experienced in working with web content management systems and Adobe systems
• Used to working on your own initiative but highly collaborative
• Very detail-oriented team player

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience working in Agile teams
• Experience of using Jira and Confluence to organise and document work preferred
• Strong ability to prioritise changes, deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
