About the Role

We are looking for experienced
SAP S/4HANA Finance Stream Leads / Solution Architects
to join our project in Germany. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in
Finance (FI, CO)
and integration experience with
SD, MM, PP, and PM modules
. This role requires strong leadership in managing finance workstreams, solution design, and driving business transformation through SAP S/4 implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the
    Finance workstream
    in S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and global standards.
  • Design, implement, and support
    SAP Finance
    modules, including
    Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets
    , and
    General Ledger
    .
  • Integrate SAP Finance with SD, MM, PP, and PM modules to ensure smooth
    value flows and product cost controlling
    .
  • Define and implement
    controlling concepts
    , including profit center, cost center hierarchies, and management accounting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
    end-to-end solution delivery
    across business units and geographies.
  • Drive
    integration with third-party applications
    such as group controlling and consolidation systems (e.g., Oracle HFM).
  • Lead design and configuration of
    Local and Global Tax Reporting (DRC), Inter-company Reconciliation, and Accruals Management
    .
  • Contribute to
    financial budgeting, planning, and forecasting
    processes.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with
    best practices, compliance, and performance standards
    .
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize finance and controlling processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    8+ years of SAP experience
    , with
    3+ years
    as a Stream Lead or Solution Architect in
    S/4HANA Finance implementations
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    SAP FI/CO modules
    and integration with
    SD, MM, PP, and PM
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    Product Cost Controlling, Margin Analysis
    , and
    Value Flow mapping
    .
  • Experience defining
    Controlling concepts
    and implementing financial hierarchies.
  • Deep understanding of
    Finance Operations
    ,
    Capital Management
    ,
    Asset Management
    , and
    Financial Accounting
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Intercompany Reconciliation
    ,
    Accruals Management
    , and
    Tax Reporting (DRC)
    .
  • Experience in
    Process Optimization
    and
    Finance Transformation programs
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
    and
    Finance Reporting
    tools (advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of
    delivery methodologies
    – Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    multi-country, multicultural project environment
