Für unseren Bereich Service Bioprocess Solutions der Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH, suchen wir einen Servicetechniker (m|w|d) im Homeoffice.
In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für den technischen Service an unseren innovativen Anlagen und betreuen unsere Kunden in der gesamten Region D-A-CH-NL.

  • Sie stellen den 1st Level Support für die zugewiesenen Produktlinien sicher

  • Sie beraten unsere Kunden in allen technischen Fragestellungen im Außendienst im Bereich der Pharmaindustrie & Biotechnologie

  • Sie führen Serviceeinsätze eigenverantwortlich durch (Installationen, Qualifizierungen, Wartungen, Reparaturen und Remote Support)

  • Sie achten auf eine präzise Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten (Wartungs- und Servicedokumentation) im Rahmen eines hoch regulierten Umfelds der Pharmaindustrie & Biotechnologie

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als staatlich anerkannter Techniker oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Kälte- und Klimatechnik, Medizintechnik, Elektro- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Sie sind sehr erfahren im technischen Außendienst, und routiniert im Umgang mit Kunden

  • Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und strukturieren sich Ihren Arbeitsalltag gern selbst 

  • Sie bringen eine Reisetätigkeit von ca. 70% mit

  • Sie haben Freude am Reisen in der Region D-A-CH-NL und besitzen eine entsprechende Flexibilität
