Für den Bereich PR und Influencer Marketing Cosmetics DACH suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als

Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Manager Prestige DACH (m/w/d)
Was dich erwartet:
Public Relations DACH:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der gesamten PR-Strategie für die DACH-Region in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of PR & Influencer Marketing und dem Team DACH.
  • Koordination und Steuerung von PR-Agenturen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz sowie regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Markt Österreich.
  • Abwicklung von Kooperationsanfragen, Medien-/Presseanfragen, Testmagazinanfragen und Kundenanfragen vom Customer Service.
  • Verlagsbesuche mit der PR-Agentur, Media-Agentur sowie dem Weleda Management.
  • Erstellung von monatlichen Performanceberichten, Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbenchmarking anhand von KPI's.

PR & Influencer Marketing Prestige DACH:

  • Konzeption und Steuerung von PR- und Influencer-Strategien im Rahmen von zwei Großprojekten im Bereich Prestige.
  • Planung und Umsetzung kreativer Influencer-Kampagnen im DACH-Raum
  • Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Influencer-Beziehungen.
  • Durchführung von Trendanalysen, Marktanalysen und Erfolgsmonitoring der Influencer-Kampagnen anhand von KPIs.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • mehr- bis langjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Ausgeprägtes Know-how und zahlreiche Kontakte in die Lifestyle- und Beauty-Medienlandschaft der DACH-Region.
  • Expertise im Influencer Marketing, insbesondere auf TikTok und Instagram, mit einem Gespür für Trends und kreative Content-Entwicklung.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit PR-Agenturen und Medienvertretern.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz und analytisches Denken.
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit zahlreichen Stakeholdern zu arbeiten.
  • Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum (10-20%).
