Du arbeitest gerne auf Augenhöhe mit Hardware- und Software-Experten bei industriellen Marktführern und möchtest technische Themen konsequent bis zur Lösung vorantreiben? Dann ist ein Field Applications Engineer (FAE) Praktikum bei Texas Instruments genau das Richtige für dich.

Als FAE-Praktikant:in arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und Business. Du unterstützt reale Kundenprojekte, lernst Systeme ganzheitlich zu verstehen und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen FAEs, dem Vertrieb und unseren Produktteams zusammen. Ziel ist es, dich fachlich und persönlich auf eine spätere Karriere als Field Applications Engineer vorzubereiten.

Deine Aufgaben als FAE-Praktikant:in

  • Systemanalyse: Untersuchung von Kundensystemen und Applikationen (z. B. Industrieautomation, Automotive, Embedded Systems, Messtechnik).
  • Lösungsentwicklung: Erarbeitung von systemweiten Vorschlägen unter Einsatz des gesamten TI-Portfolios (z. B. Power Management, Signal Chain, Prozessoren und Interfaces).
  • Technische Beratung: Unterstützung bei der Bauteileauswahl und der technischen Argumentation gegenüber Wettbewerbslösungen.
  • Hands-on Support: Unterstützung beim System- und Schaltungsverständnis, Debugging und der Fehlersuche direkt im Projektkontext.
  • Projektbewertung: Assistenz bei der technischen Priorisierung von Kundenprojekten aus einer Business-Perspektive.
