As the (Senior) HR Business Partner for Finance & IT at the HQ, you operationalize the HR strategy across Corporate Functions. You will work directly with senior leadership up to C‑Level, act as a change manager, and challenge the business to improve performance, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
Your Contribution
- Lead the HR Agenda: Act as a strategic internal HR consultant and change manager, providing essential leadership consulting, driving organizational development, and boosting efficiency across Corporate Functions
- Comprehensive Managerial Advisory: Deliver full advisory support to managers on critical personnel, compensation, and labor-law topics, expertly managing the necessary interfaces
- Process Optimization: Ensure and optimize core HR processes, including Annual Review and Remuneration (ARR), the Budget Process, and Performance Management, with a dedicated focus on supporting Finance & IT departments
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build and maintain a trustful, effective partnership with the works council on key people topics
- Project Leadership: Drive high-impact projects, including organizational change management initiatives and strategic make-or-buy decisions
- Data-Driven Decisions: Provide necessary reports and data to empower managers to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Strategic Business Partnering: Establish effective business partnering relationships, concentrating on leadership consulting and promoting organizational effectiveness.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, or similar field
- Proven experience with works councils and collective bargaining; strong knowledge of German labor law
- 4+ years of professional experience across HR functions; broad HR knowledge across the employee life cycle
- Strong background in organisational transformation and change consulting
- Decisiveness, ownership, service orientation; open‑minded, hands‑on attitude
- Excellent stakeholder management up to C‑Level; fluency in German & English
