Your tasks

As an E/E Problem Solving Engineer, you play a key role in keeping our next-generation vehicles fully operational. Whenever electrical/electronic issues arise on our prototypes, you are the first person to step in and support directly on the vehicle.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on integration tasks directly on electric vehicles to ensure all systems function flawlessly
  • Support vehicle architects and system engineers in shaping innovative concepts during the development phase
  • Conduct in-depth root-cause analyses using hands-on testing and diagnostic tools when necessary
  • Evaluate and test newly implemented functions quickly to drive rapid, iterative improvements
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance delivery, setup, reporting, and overall process efficiency
Your profile
  • Extensive experience in vehicle electronics, networking, or E/E architecture integration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Vector CANoe/CANalyzer and with analyzing A2B, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and LVDS communication buses, plus experience using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
  • Skills in validating system features across multiple platforms such as test rigs, lab cars, and customer vehicles
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture, high-voltage vehicle components, and self-driving vehicle stacks is a plus
  • High willingness to travel (our vehicles are located worldwide, mostly within Germany)
  • Passion for solving complex challenges and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities and opportunities for growth
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
