Discover your exciting tasks at Camtek FRT Metrology:

  • In this role, you will act as the first point of contact and interface between the local customer support teams in Asia and Camtek FRT Metrology in Bergisch Gladbach
  • You coordinate the project management for key customers in Asia and thus ensure optimal customer satisfaction and client relationships
  • You will monitor project milestones, manage the to-do lists and communicate progress regularly to the teams in the local office
  • Accepting customer support requests from the local branch and distributing them internally to the relevant teams such as Customer Support and Product Development as well as following them up until they are resolved also falls within your area of responsibility
  • Collecting customer feedback and regularly exchanging information with Product Marketing to further develop our products is a matter of course for you

What you bring
:

  • Completed technical degree or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in project management and strong organisational skills
  • Business fluent in Mandarin (at least level C1) and in English or German
  • A can-do mentality and flexibility in dealing with change
  • Good communication and diplomatic skills
  • Confident and engaging demeanour and a customer-oriented mindset
