Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig In unserem Legal Operations Team kombinierst du juristisches Verständnis mit analytischem Denken und trägst dazu bei, Personenverwechslungen aufzuklären, rechtliche Fälle zu bewerten und Datenschutzanliegen zuverlässig zu bearbeiten.

Das ist der Job:

  • Du prüfst mögliche Datenmissbräuche oder Personenverwechslungen inkl. Adress- und Identitätsrecherchen über Datenbanken, Einwohnermeldeämter und externe Dienstleister.
  • Durch Deine Beratung hilfst du den operativen Fachbereichen bei der Bewertung von Einwendungen sowie Ableitung von Empfehlungen zur weiteren Vorgehensweise, einschließlich der Entscheidung über die (Nicht-)Weiterverfolgung von Forderungen.
  • Du beurteilst Schadenersatz- und Anwaltskostenforderungen rechtlich und entscheidest eigenständig darüber.
  • Mit Hilfe deiner Einschätzung zur Beweisbarkeit und Schlüssigkeit von Forderungen werden entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen abgeleitet.
  • Du erstellst Auskünfte gemäß Art. 15 DSGVO und beantwortest Anfragen zur Speicherung, Löschung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung personenbezogener Daten.
  • Du wirkst bei der Beantwortung polizeilicher und staatsanwaltschaftlicher Anfragen mit und klärst Rückfragen im Austausch mit den ermittelnden Behörden.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im juristischen Bereich, z. B. als Rechtsanwalts- oder Notarfachangestellte*r, Rechtspfleger*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung mit inkassobezogenen Themen sind ein Plus
  • Sorgfalt und Gewissenhaftigkeit sind Dein Markenzeichen
  • Neue Themen packst Du mit hoher Lernbereitschaft an und beeindruckst mit einer hohen Auffassungsgabe. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachler Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
