Du liebst den Kontakt mit Menschen und besitzt hervorragende Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten? In der Rolle als Customer Support Specialist bist Du der/die erste Ansprechpartner:In für unsere Kund:Innen und bringst dadurch einen erheblichen Mehrwert in unser Tagesgeschäft. Du hast die Möglichkeit, Dich und Deine Stelle aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist der/die erste Ansprechpartner:In für unsere Kund:Innen und berätst diese am Telefon
  • Du verantwortest die Betreuung unserer Kund:Innen während und nach dem Besuch des Dienstleisters
  • Du gibst Deine Kundenerfahrungen an verwandte Teams weiter, um Verbesserungen anzustoßen
Qualifikation
  • Kommunikationsstark und großes Interesse an Kundenkontakt (größtenteils via Telefon)
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und effiziente, sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hoch motiviert mit dem Willen, ehrgeizige Ziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.
  • Deutsch: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) & Englisch - professionell

Plus, aber kein Muss

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM Systemen und Google Produkten sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
