Financial Planning & Analysis (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erstellst Abweichungsanalysen sowie die dazu notwendigen Reports (bspw. Monatsreporting, Vorstandspräsentationen sowie ad-hoc Anfragen)
  • Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung der Planungsprozesse (bspw. Forecast, Budget- und Mittelfristplanung)
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere FP&A-Tools weiter, zudem optimierst Du bestehende Prozesse (bspw. Prozessautomatisierung)
  • Zu Deinen Tätigkeiten gehört zudem die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von ausgewählten FP&A-Bereichen (bspw. IT-, Projekt- & Beteiligungs-Controlling, Produkt Profitabilität)
  • Du bist der Ansprechpartner für eine unserer PATRIZIA Divisionen und arbeitest eng mit den Kollegen zusammen

Was Du Mitbringst

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen
  • Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Finanz- /Controlling-Bereich oder einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln
  • Du bringst Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Accounting bzw. IFRS mit
  • Zahlenaffinität und ein ausgeprägtes, analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du überzeugst durch Dein sicheres Auftreten und Deine sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit zu selbständigem Arbeiten zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du brinsgt sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Excel- und PowerPoint) mit
  • SAP-, TAGETIK sowie BI-Tool Know-How (bspw. MS Power BI) von Vorteil
