This is an exceptional opportunity for career development, offering diverse project experience and the chance to work with leading organizations helping them improve their performance.Role Purpose: As a Consultant/ Associate Director in our EMEA Consulting Team, you will lead and deliver strategic advisory services to help our clients optimize their real estate portfolios, transform their workplaces, and achieve their business objectives. You will work with a diverse range of clients across industries, providing innovative solutions that drive value, enhance productivity, and support organizational transformation.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Advisory:Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies aligned with clients' business goalsAnalyze complex data sets to generate insights and recommendationsCreate compelling business cases and financial models to support strategic decisionsAdvise on portfolio optimization, location strategy, and workplace transformationProject Leadership:Lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale consulting engagementsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyEnsure high-quality deliverables and client satisfactionCollaborate with other JLL business lines to deliver integrated solutionsClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholdersUnderstand client needs and translate them into actionable strategiesPresent findings and recommendations to C-suite and board-level audiencesIdentify and pursue opportunities for expanded client engagementsBusiness Development & Sales:Contribute to the growth of consulting practice through thought leadership and innovationParticipate in proposal development and pitch presentationsIdentify and cultivate new business opportunitiesSupport the development of new service offerings and methodologiesTeam Development:Mentor and coach junior team membersContribute to the professional development of the consulting teamFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementRequirements:5+ years of experience in management consulting, real estate advisory, or related fieldsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProven track record of leading complex projects and managing client relationshipsExperience in one or more specialty areas such as portfolio strategy, workplace transformation, location advisory, or operational excellenceAdvanced degree (MBA, MSc) or relevant professional qualification/memberships (MRICS, CCIM, MIWFM, FMP, QPCR) preferredProficiency in financial modeling and data analysis toolsPersonal Attributes:Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and strong commercial acumen to identify profitable opportunities.Collaborative leader who can work effectively across diverse teamsAdaptable and resilient in the face of changing priorities and challengesInnovative mindset with a passion for driving transformationStrong ethical standards and commitment to delivering value to clientsJLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.  Our people at JLL and JLL Technologies are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients.
