• Creating and prioritizing epics and user stories for the continuous development of our messaging products
• Responsibility for the product backlog: evaluating requirements, maintenance, and prioritization in close coordination with the development teams and product management
• Assuming the role of product owner in agile Scrum teams and actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and technical coordination rounds
• Working closely with sales, presales, implementation, operations, technical consultants, support, and service to ensure smooth product launch and support
• Supporting product management in the development and implementation of the strategic roadmap for our services
• Identifying market needs, customer needs, and customer experience through analysis, surveys, interviews, and other means
• Ensuring clear, user-friendly product descriptions and assisting in the creation of technical documentation
• Improving product expertise within the product management team by enabling other technical units to better understand the product

• Successfully completed degree in (business)
  information technology, engineering, or a comparable qualificatio
• Several years of professional experience in
  a role as product owner, (technical) product manager, or technical consultant
• Experience in software development and understanding of modern development processes and technologies
• Initial relevant professional experience in
  a related product area preferred, e.g., messaging, email, supply chain, or
  intelligent document processing
• Professional expertise in the enterprise
  environment preferred
• IT affinity with strong analytical skills
• Experience with agile methods, sprint
  planning, and backlog management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  skills; fluent English, German preferred
