Tasks
• Actively acquiring new customers in the B2B environment with a focus on digital solutions and ERP systems for the real estate industry
• Identifying market potential and independently approaching decision-makers
• Conducting product presentations and needs analyses for interested parties
• Building sustainable customer relationships through targeted sales strategies
• Close coordination with internal departments such as pre-sales, product development and consulting
• Responsibility for the entire sales process – from initial contact to contract conclusion
Profile
• Degree in economics, real estate management or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or ERP environment
• Proven success in establishing new customer relationships ('new logo sales')
• Strong communication skills and confident manner at decision-maker level
• High level of self-motivation, willingness to travel and structured approach to work
• Very good written and spoken German and English
