Mit unserer Teamsoftware vereinfachen Unternehmen mit 5–300 Mitarbeitern ihre tägliche Zusammenarbeit, Organisation und Personalplanung. Bereits über Mitarbeiter nutzen unsere Software – und täglich kommen neue Kunden hinzu.

Um weiter wachsen zu können, suchen wir ab 2026 einen erfahrenen
Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit
, der auf hohem Niveau arbeiten möchte und unser Entwicklungsteam verstärken will.

Unser Team besteht aus 8 Personen und arbeitet
hauptsächlich im Homeoffice
. Etwa einmal wöchentlich treffen wir uns auch in unserem Büro in
46284 Dorsten (NRW)
, daher solltest du dorthin maximal 1 Stunde Fahrzeit benötigen.

Start: 1. Quartal 2026

Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, aktiv die Entwicklung spannender Browser-Clients, Mobile Apps und robuster Backends mitzugestalten. Wir legen Wert auf moderne Technologien, Clean Code und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten.

Unser Tech-Stack:
Wir setzen dabei auf bewährte und aktuelle Technologien, um performante und skalierbare Lösungen zu entwickeln. Du arbeitest hauptsächlich mit:

  • Laravel (PHP 8) für das Backend

  • & JavaScript für interaktive Frontends

  • Tailwind CSS für schnelles und effizientes Styling

  • MySQL & Redis für performante Datenhaltung

  • Git für Versionskontrolle

  • Ionic/Capacitor für mobile Apps

  • S3/MinIO für die Objektspeicherung

Aufgaben

Wir lieben es, Code so zu schreiben, dass er auch nach Jahren noch Freude macht – lesbar, wartungsfreundlich und sauber strukturiert. Du entwickelst anspruchsvolle Webanwendungen – von Browser-Clients über Mobile Apps bis hin zu komplexen Backends und Datenbanklösungen.

  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Features für unsere Webanwendungen

  • Wartung und Optimierung bestehender Systeme im Front- und Backend

  • Sicherstellung der Code-Qualität und Performance

  • Aktive Teilnahme an Code Reviews und Architekturdiskussionen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und UX/UI-Designern, um optimale Nutzererlebnisse zu schaffen

Qualifikation

Du passt perfekt zu uns, wenn du Folgendes mitbringst:

  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Full-Stack-Webentwicklung

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in PHP 8, dem Laravel-Framework und RESTful APIs

  • Exzellente Fähigkeiten in JavaScript und Erfahrung mit modernen Frontend-Frameworks, insbesondere

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Datenbanken (MySQL) und Caching-Systemen (Redis)

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Git für die Versionskontrolle

  • Serververständnis: gutes Gespür für den Umgang mit Linux-Servern (insbesondere Ubuntu) und die Fähigkeit, Serverumgebungen zuverlässig zu administrieren

  • Kenntnisse in Tailwind CSS, Ionic/Capacitor und S3 sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

  • Ein Auge für Clean Code, Best Practices und die Fähigkeit, wartbaren und skalierbaren Code zu schreiben

  • Teamfähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Fließende Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gerne auch Englisch
