Wir suchen DICH, als Teamead E-Commerce/Logistics (gn) in Eschborn/Frankfurt am Main

Aufgaben

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Leitung des E-Commerce-Teams. Verwaltung von Sendungen und Kundenanfragen für das E-Commerce-Geschäft, um Waren gemäß den vertraglichen Vereinbarungen auszuliefern
  • Logistiktransaktionen, Reportings & Projekte, Kapazitätsplanung und Sendungsverfolgung sowie die Bearbeitung von Abliefernachweisen (POD) und Lieferstatusanfragen für Logistikaktivitäten
  • Tägliche Kommunikation mit Control Tower, Lager und Vertrieb zur Sicherstellung von Verladungen und Lieferungen, die Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen/Kunden-VOCs und Klärung nicht zugestellter und beschädigter Waren sowie die Klärung und Validierung von Logistikkosten
  • Verwaltung der Beziehungen zu Spediteuren und Logistikpartnern, kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Logistikaktivitäten und die Projektkoordination bei Systemanpassungen/-erweiterungen wie auch das Erstellung verschiedener täglicher, wöchentlicher und monatlicher Berichte (Transport, Vorfälle, Überprüfung & Simulation etc.)
Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

  • Bachelor-/Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik/SCM oder einer vergleichbaren Position und Erfahrung in der E-Commerce-, Logistik- und Speditionsbranche wünschenswert
  • Allgemeine IT-Affinität und analytische Fähigkeiten von Vorteil sowie gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit TMS-Tools und der Verwaltung von KPI-Berichten
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Flexibilität, interkulturelle und soziale Kompetenz, Sorgfalt und Belastbarkeit und eine lösungsorientierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
