• A Conversion Architect, skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• A Behavioral Strategist, fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert because they resonate.
• A Data-driven Creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Mixpanel, not just running tests, but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value.

This is a full-time position, carried out
remotely or from our beautiful offices
in Dubaï or Lisbon.
French and English fluency is required.

YOUR MISSION

Turn growth hypotheses into measurable wins that move both business and human transformation forward.

Your 5 key responsibilities:

• Diagnose & Prioritize: Conduct in-depth funnel analysis across all Paradox touchpoints from landing pages and checkout flows to onboarding journeys and community platforms. Identify friction points and prioritize based on business impact using structured frameworks (PIE, ICE).
• Design & Run Experiments: Plan, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end from hypothesis definition to variant development and post-test analysis. Collaborate with UX, Dev, and Product teams to deploy clean, validated experiments.
• Analyze & Communicate: Extract actionable insights from analytics dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio). Present findings with clarity and influence decision-making at the highest level.
• Optimize User Experience: Combine quantitative data (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics) with qualitative feedback (user tests, surveys) to improve flow, trust, and engagement across key funnels.
• Systemize Growth Learnings: Build and maintain a central CRO knowledge base documenting test hypotheses, outcomes, and learnings. Create templates, SOPs, and playbooks to scale what works.

Tools you'll master:
GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and whatever helps you see what others miss.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

Experience

• You have ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
• You have a track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that have generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.

Personality

• Curiosity: You relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do until you uncover the insight behind the data.
• Precision: You care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results.
• Agility: You move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks.

Language
French: Native / Bilingual

English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues.
