Your Impact

You know the "jobs to be done" as a social media expert. You understand the core tasks, challenges, and goals that social media professionals face. This means you have to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Advising our Product Managers:
     You will support our Product Managers with your social media expertise. In doing so, you will raise awareness of current trends, customer needs, and important features that will make Facelift even better.
  • Sparring partner for Sales and Customer Success:
     You will be the interface between our product and our customers. You will advise our customers with the best possible advice on how to use Facelift.
  • Trend and market observation:
     You will identify new developments in MarTech and AI at an early stage and bring these ideas into the company.
  • Creating guidelines:
     Developing guidelines and best practice documents for internal teams and customers on how to get the most out of Facelift.
  • Creating use cases:
     Developing and presenting practical use cases showing how customers can successfully use the software for social media marketing.

That makes you a perfect fit for us:

  • You have proven Social Media expertise - either from an agency background or as a social media manager within a company. You understand the dynamics, trends, and challenges of the industry.
  • You enjoy consulting and guiding others rather than managing campaigns yourself. You excel at translating complex trends and customer needs into actionable recommendations for both product and client-facing teams.
  • You're an expert in communication, so you can clearly explain social media concepts to diverse audiences, whether it's internal product managers or external customers. You are confident presenting your ideas and facilitating discussions.
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams, acting as a connector and sparring partner.
  • You are comfortable working in an international environment and can communicate effectively in English; German skills are a plus.
