Senior Researcher
(m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst Wohnungs-, Büro- und Spezialmärkte und verdichtest Ergebnisse zu prägnanten, adressatengerechten Aussagen für interne Entscheidungen und Kunden
  • Du formst Megatrends, Regulierung und makroökonomische Signale zu starken Storylines, die Business Development sowie Portfolio- und Asset-Management-Entscheidungen voranbringen
  • Du präsentierst und vertrittst Research-Ergebnisse in Sitzungen gegenüber institutionellen Anlegern
  • Du entwickelst Research-Publikationen (Focus, Insights, Whitepapers) von der Themenarchitektur bis zur finalen Argumentationslinie
  • Du unterstützt unser ESG-Team (u.a. bei ESG-Scorings und Berichterstattung)

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium mit Bezug zu Immobilien, Stadtplanung, Wirtschaftsgeografie, Volkswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren analytischen Feld erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit
  • Du denkst konzeptionell stark und bildest klare Hypothesen, argumentierst stringent und leitest belastbare Empfehlungen ab
  • Du trittst auf Senior-Level sicher auf und präsentierst souverän vor Management und Investoren
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung mit ESG‑Themen und verstehst Reporting als Teamleistung
