Digital Manufacturing Consultant – Germany (within 1-2 hours of Stuttgart)
German & English language fluency (B2+/C1/C2/Native) required

The Role
- You will be playing a crucial consulting role by engaging directly with clients to assess operations, identify improvement opportunities, and help realize performance gains via digital transformation solutions that integrate operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT).
- You will act as manufacturing expert and transformation consultant for international manufacturing industry customers from Automotive, CPG, Pharma, and other focus industries
- Diagnosing customer manufacturing operations, applying lean and digital tools, and guiding improvement strategies including layout and automation opportunities.
- Lead Gemba-based workshops, 4M analysis, and stakeholder alignment sessions on-site or virtually
- Develop transformation roadmaps, benefit cases, and rollout strategies for customer manufacturing sites which will help to realize the customer's top management KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in advance manufacturing operations, or Industrial engineering with lean transformation experience in discrete manufacturing (Automotive, Food, Consumer goods, Electronics, Medical/Pharma)
- Manufacturing Ops: Knowledge of line balancing, takt time, yield, OEE, value stream mapping.
- Lean/CI Methods: Kaizen, 8D, A3, SMED, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.
- Fluent German and English
- Valid driving licence
