Bei Roger entwickeln wir einen KI-Assistenten für Zahnarztpraxen, der den Praxisalltag spürbar vereinfacht. Als Marketing Manager:in baust du starke Partnerschaften in der Branche auf, platzierst uns in Fachmedien & Netzwerken und formst eine einheitliche Präsenz von Events bis Newslettern.

Aufgaben

Budget & Channel-Ownership: Steuerung und Allokation des kompletten Marketing-Budgets (Paid Social, SEA, Newsletter, Events, Fachmedien, Produktmarketing).

Partnerships & Medienarbeit: Aufbau und Pflege von Industriepartnern, Fachmagazinen und Verbänden (z. B. Platzierungen, Co-Branding, Artikel-Bookings, gemeinsame Webinare).

Kampagnen & ROI: Planung, Ausführung und Performance-Tracking von Kampagnen entlang des Funnels. Du verantwortest den Marketing-ROI.

Sales-Enablement: Enge Abstimmung mit Sales (ICP/Persona-Schärfung, Messaging, Materials), klare Hand-off-Kriterien und SLA-basierte Prozesse.

Events & Community: Auswahl/Organisation von Fach-Events, Konferenzen & Community-Formaten, inkl. Lead-Gen-Mechaniken und Follow-up-Flows.

Management: Von Externen Dienstleistern/Freelancern/Agenturen

Qualifikation
  • 3–6 Jahre B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im SaaS/Healthtech.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Lead-Nurturing, Marketing automation, Demand-Gen, Channel-Partnerships und Attribution/ROI-Messung.
  • Datenfokus: Du triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Performance-Daten (CRM/Automation, Tracking, Dashboards).
  • Kommunikation: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Skills; stark in Verhandlungen und Stakeholder-Management.
  • Ownership & Tempo: Selbstständig, strukturiert, priorisierungsstark – zuhause im High-Growth Umfeld.
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, Fachmedien-Platzierungen, Newsletter-Ops, Hubspot CRM, Community building, Paid.
