Join AAT Kings as our next Catering Supervisor, where you'll play a key role in delivering memorable food and beverage experiences beneath the stars of the Red Centre.

About the Role

Based in Yulara, this hands-on leadership role oversees the daily operations of our catering services from iconic outback barbecues and sunset dinners to plated meals and private events. You'll ensure each experience runs smoothly, safely, and to AAT Kings' high standards, while keeping compliance, quality, and teamwork front of mind.

You'll be the go-to person for all things catering, coordinating with our Guides and Operations team, leading and training catering staff, and ensuring our guests are treated to exceptional service every time.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train and motivate our catering team to deliver first-class guest experiences.
• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
• Manage stock control, cost efficiencies, and compliance with food safety and RSA standards.
• Ensure smooth coordination between catering, guides, and operations teams.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised catering environment.
• Deliver standout guest experiences that make dining in the desert truly unforgettable.

What You'll Bring

• Proven leadership experience in food & beverage, catering, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Desirable:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
• RSA certification.
• HR or MR licence (advantageous but not essential).
