Stellenübersicht:
Der Stelle umfasst die Verantwortung für Kalibrierung und Reparatur von Prüf- und Messgeräten gemäß den unterschiedlichen Kundenanforderungen.
Hauptaufgaben:
Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch fristgerechte Erbringung der vom Team zugewiesenen Kalibrierungsleistungen.
Unterstützung der Kalibrierung beim Kunden vor Ort in der gesamten EMEA-Region.
Kalibrierung verschiedener Geräte sowie Durchführung notwendiger Optimierungen zur Reparatur fehlerhafter Geräte.
Verständnis und Anwendung der Prinzipien und Techniken der Messunsicherheit zur Durchführung von 17025-akkreditierten Kalibrierungen auf Anfrage im Rahmen der Laborakkreditierung.
Durchführung manueller und automatisierter Kalibrierungen und Justierungen von elektronischen Prüf- und Messgeräten bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.
Sorgfältige Datenerfassung in unserer internen Datenbank zur Bestandsverfolgung.
Erstellung präziser und effizienter Kalibrierungsprotokolle auf Grundlage von Gerätespezifikationen und genehmigten Kalibrierverfahren, unter minimaler Aufsicht.
Erstellung aller Dokumentationen zur Unterstützung der Kundenanforderungen, Berichte, ISO- und anderer Qualitätssysteme.
Kommunikation mit Kunden über Geräte, die repariert werden müssen oder nur eingeschränkt kalibrierbar sind.
Anwendung erworbener Fachkenntnisse sowie Unternehmensrichtlinien und -verfahren zur Erledigung der zugewiesenen Aufgaben.
Durchführung von Kalibrierungen mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität, PD-, allgemeiner sowie einiger HF-Messungen.
Durchführung grundlegender Reparaturen und vorbeugender Wartungen.
Häufige Funktion als erste Ansprechperson für Tektronix-Kunden.
Einhaltung der Richtlinien und Verfahren des Qualitätsmanagementsystems bei der Arbeitsausführung.
Effiziente und sachgerechte Ausführung von Laborunterstützungsaufgaben nach Bedarf.
Erstellung von Kalibrierzertifikaten und -etiketten für Kunden.
Grundkenntnisse der Kalibrierungsmanagementsoftware MET/CAL.
Qualifikationen:
Staatlich geprüfte Fachkraft im Bereich Elektronik, Messtechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
Mindestens 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Reparatur elektrischer/elektronischer Prüf- und Messgeräte.
Fundierte Kenntnisse elektrischer Geräte und Kalibrierstandards.
Hohe Detailgenauigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
Sicherer Umgang mit Service-Management-Software und -Tools.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.
