We're looking for a Business Systems Specialist to join our Business Systems team. You'll be supporting and administering the platforms that power our business operations, including Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and more. You'll act as a cross-functional partner and problem-solver, helping teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure our systems are optimized, integrated, and scalable.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who's comfortable working across tools, enjoys solving operational challenges, and wants to grow their technical skills — especially around APIs and integrations.

What To Expect

• Administer and support key business systems, including Salesforce, Zuora, and other GTM tools
• Troubleshoot user issues, manage change requests, and coordinate with vendors where needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into scalable system solutions
• Support ongoing improvements to our CRM and lead-to-cash workflows
• Help maintain and improve end-to-end integrations between systems using tools like , Postman, or other iPaaS solutions
• Create reports, clean and upload data, and support ad hoc operational requests
• Document systems, processes, and user roles to support compliance
• Contribute to data quality and process automation initiatives

Your profile in short

• 2–3 years of experience working with business systems, ideally in a SaaS or revenue operations environment
• Hands-on experience with core business systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, or NetSuite; familiarity with integration tools like Zapier, Workato, or , and analytics platforms such as Metabase is a plus
• A strong desire to learn API-based integrations and process automation
• Familiarity with or Postman is a plus
• Analytical mindset; comfortable working with Excel and validating your own work
• Great communication skills; able to work with stakeholders from different teams and technical levels
• A proactive and organized mindset; you spot inefficiencies and take initiative to improve them
