Scheduler Primavera P6 (m/f/d)

starting , for an estimated duration of 18 months.

Responsibilities

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 (WBS, dependencies, milestones, integration of contractor schedules).
• Monitor progress, perform variance tracking and critical path analysis, prepare "what-if" scenarios.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and contractor stakeholders to align schedules.
• Produce regular progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and forecasting updates.
• Support risk and change management with delay analyses, recovery plans, and early identification of interface conflicts.

Requirements

We look forward to receiving your application if your profile meets the following requirements:

• A completed degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related field
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience with Primavera P6 will also be considered
• Strong proficiency in English (C1 level); German skills are a plus but not required
• Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications
• Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid model with at least 3 days per week from home
