WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of the transactions team and work on a wide range of transactions including the acquisition of single assets, portfolios and property or development companies; setting-up of joint ventures and investment platforms. We are looking for an astute, determined professional to assist our transactions team.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Real estate valuation analysis & cash flow modeling
• Market research
• Technical and CapEx analysis
• Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
• Preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees
• Support due diligence processes and deal execution

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Student from a leading business school or university
• Previous internship experience in real estate equity or investment banking
• Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• High level of proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent English and German working proficiency
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames while delivering work accurately
• Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms and concepts
• Strong relationship building skills combined with solid verbal and written communication skills

• Self-starter with ability to work independently while communicating frequently
