Our tech teams and business units use agile ways of working to create #GlobalHausbank solutions from our home market.About the position As a Lead DevOps Engineer (f/m/x), you'll join the Single Sign On Services Engineering team to deliver automation solutions for cloud deployments.You will directly collaborate with business departments and both local and remote engineers, analysts and project managers from partnering teams. Together with the team you will focus on all types of Dev Ops tasks with primary focus on "automation of everything". As a Lead Engineer (f/m/x), you will be providing support as needed in the transference of business requirements into technical solutions and in Release Management. Send us your CV anywayYour key responsibilitiesAutomate cloud provisioning and life-cycle processes using Infrastructure as Code (Github actions) and cloud native services (Kubernetes operators).Design, deploy, and maintain LDAP-based directory solutions (Forgerock DS / Ping Directory) across GCP cloud environments.Develop and maintain Terraform Plugins and Modules.Design and develop high-quality solutions for cloud services provisioning and maintenance.Integrate LDAP directories with IAM platforms, authentication/SSO systems, and enterprise applications.Reduce toil of manual efforts and repetitive tasks by automation.Collaborate with the Product Managers and Engineering Teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.Proficient use of technologies, such as Google Cloud Platform, Data Vault 2.0 to develop solution design with attention to system integration and feasibility.Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow and approve the final product before release.Steer the engineering team to ensure consistency with initial design and ensure that the software follows the architecture principles and meets all functional and quality characteristics.Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers and will ensure that the software follows the architecture principles, meets all the functional and quality attributes.Champion best practices for Devops, security & compliance and Agile way of working.Your skills and experiences Hands on Experience of Directory Service and LDAPExperience Integrate LDAP directories with IAM platforms, authentication/SSO systems, and enterprise applicationsStrong experience in developing solutions using HCL, Golang, Python and BashStrong professional experience and expert knowledge of GCP and/or Azure, Terraform and GitHubSolid understanding of Cloud network basics (VPC/VNET, Hybrid Connectivity, IP subnetting & DNS)University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experienceKnowledge of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, web applications, cybersecurity and open-source technologies and experience in designing secure software systemsStrong Experience working with Google Cloud architecture, Docker, Kubernetes and any of these Public Clouds: AWS, Azure, GCPYou have a hands-on attitude, curiosity, make use of your problem-solving skills and speak fluently EnglishWhat we offerWe provide you with a comprehensive portfolio of benefits and offerings to support both, your private and professional needs.Emotionally and mentally balancedA positive mind helps us master the challenges of everyday life – both professionally and privately.
