Customer Service Representative

Beckett Collectibles is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at our Lage, Germany office. We're looking for a people-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers on behalf of the company to craft memorable experiences that enhance customer retention via phone, email, and online services.
• Providing accurate, efficient, and courteous customer service; processing incoming correspondence from requesters of information; communicating with customers and internal stakeholders regarding turnaround times. Educate customers about the submission process.
• Work with customers to answer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Responsible for elevated issue resolution, coordination, and oversight.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining customer notes and communications within Beckett's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Prior sales or customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills with accurate data entry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.

Proficiency in a language other than English (Preferred: Spanish, Italian, and/or French).
