We're looking for artistic minds with a proven technical background - creative thinkers who can design and build AI-powered workflows that produce high-quality, visually engaging content. This role is about sitting at the intersection of art and technology, transforming abstract creative ideas into automated systems that deliver compelling visual outputs at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows (e.g., in ComfyUI) for creative production.
  • Translate creative concepts into scalable, automated pipelines that generate visual assets.
  • Customize and combine AI tools/nodes to achieve unique artistic and functional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to balance visual creativity with technical precision.
  • Ensure workflows are robust, efficient, and aligned with CrazyLabs' creative and performance standards.
Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or in Digital Arts/Interactive Media – plus hands-on experience in the complementary field (technical or creative).
  • Portfolio of digital art works (e.g., digital art, 3D modeling, video editing) demonstrating strong aesthetics, composition, and storytelling - experience or style related to gaming art is a significant advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in Python development.
  • Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including concepts such as data preprocessing, fine-tuning, evaluation metrics, and model validation.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable pipelines.
  • Familiarity with generative models (e.g., Flux, Stable Diffusion, and similar).
  • Curiosity and passion for AI-assisted creativity and experimentation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate across disciplines.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on expertise with ComfyUI workflows: building, customizing, and extending nodes.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools (Runway, Stable Diffusion, Pika, Kling, etc.).
  • Background in interactive media, generative design, or creative coding.
  • Experience in mobile gaming or digital creative production pipelines.
