DEINE MISSION BEI UNS
  • Du realisierst KI-gestützte Software- und Plattformprodukte mit tiefer Integration in das Wilken Lösungsökosystem.
  • Du analysierst Kunden- und Marktanforderungen, entwickelst tragfähige Lösungsarchitekturen und gestaltest skalierbare Plattformservices mit klaren Schnittstellen.
  • Du konzipierst und implementierst nachhaltige KI-Strategien – von klassischen Machine-Learning-Ansätzen bis hin zu generativen Modellen – und verankerst sie in Produkten, Services und Prozessen.
  • Du entwickelst cloud-native Anwendungen mit modernen Container- und DevOps-Praktiken (z. B. AKS, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, Innovation Management, Entwicklungsteams und Kunden zusammen, um KI-Innovationen in messbaren Geschäftsnutzen zu übersetzen.


DER TECH-STACK
  • KI-gestützte Entwicklung & Architektur
    Generative KI (CoPilot, Claude, etc.) zur Codegenerierung, Dokumentation, Testautomatisierung sowie zur Architekturunterstützung und Anforderungsanalyse (z. B.GitLab).
  • Cloud-Plattformen
    AWS, Azure oder GCP, inklusive containerisierter Anwendungen (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • MLOps & Toolchain
    Umgang mit Tools wie MLflow, DVC oder Kubeflow für Modellmanagement und Operationalisierung sowie Cloud-native KI-Services wie AWS SageMaker, Azure ML oder Vertex AI.


DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Du bringst fundierte Software-Engineering-Erfahrung mit und hast mehrjährige Praxis in der Entwicklung verteilter Anwendungen, Cloud-nativer Architekturen (z. B. Kubernetes, Azure, AWS) und skalierbarer Plattformservices.
  • Du verfügst über tiefes Know-how in KI- und ML-Technologien – von Frameworks wie PyTorch, TensorFlow oder LangChain bis hin zur Bewertung sinnvoller Einsatzszenarien über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus.
  • Du denkst in Architekturen, leitest aus Anforderungen tragfähige Lösungskonzepte ab und kommunizierst technische Entscheidungen klar und nachvollziehbar.
  • Du nutzt KI-gestützte Entwicklungswerkzeuge pragmatisch und verantwortungsvoll, um Qualität, Effizienz und Innovationskraft im Entwicklungsprozess zu steigern.
  • Du kombinierst analytisches und systemisches Denken mit Teamgeist und kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe – im Code ebenso wie im Dialog mit Kolleg:innen und Stakeholdern.
