Willkommen bei Micromerce Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich UX/UI Design wirst du Teil unseres kreativen Teams, das moderne Softwarelösungen für daten- und prozessorientierte Workflows entwickelt. Du unterstützt uns dabei, komplexe Systeme intuitiv, benutzerfreundlich und visuell ansprechend zu gestalten. In dieser Rolle erwarten dich abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einem unterstützenden Umfeld, in dem du deine Designfähigkeiten praktisch anwenden und ausbauen kannst. Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern und Entwickler:innen zusammen und bekommst tiefe Einblicke in den Designprozess moderner B2B-Software. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gestaltung und Optimierung von Benutzeroberflächen und Interaktionskonzepten
  • Erstellung von Wireframes, Prototypen und Layouts in Figma
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Pflege unseres Designsystems
  • Analyse von Nutzerverhalten und -feedback zur Verbesserung der Usability
  • Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Usability-Tests und Design Reviews
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Entwickler:innen

Was bringst du mit:

  • Du studierst noch mindestens ein Jahr (z. B. im Bereich Design, Medien, HCI o. ä.)
  • Du bist sicher in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im UX/UI Design gesammelt
  • Du hast ein gutes Auge für Struktur, Typografie und visuelle Hierarchie
  • Du kennst dich mit Figma aus und hast idealerweise schon Layouts für Software-Anwendungen erstellt
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist kommunikativ und offen für Feedback
  • Du hast Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte in klare, intuitive Nutzeroberflächen zu übersetzen
