Staff Engineer Field Application Engineering

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify trends and shape system requirements. Contribute to customer success through presentations, training, and proactive support. Contribute to the development of modern electronic systems and their implementation in the innovative automotive market Provide first-level technical support for our key automotive customers in Germany, with a focus on Microcontroller Products in key automotive applications Work proactively on optimized solutions for our applications together with the entire European FAE Team, the Account Managers, and the product experts of the headquarters Prepare and execute customer presentations and product/application trainings As a Staff Engineer Field Application Engineering, you are personally committed to the customer's concerns and award them a high priority. Furthermore, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient. Lastly, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. A degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Application, Field Application, or Development Engineer with semiconductor products Knowledge and understanding of microcontroller and electronic components Strong technical knowledge, competence, and design experience on the system level in automotive applications Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven, and proactive Excellent communication skills in both German and English, and the ability to interface with customers Willingness to travel We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
