Head of Project Management (m/w/d)
Du willst führen, gestalten und gemeinsam Erfolge feiern? In dieser Position begleitest du dein Team mit Vertrauen und Expertise, bringst Projekte zum Erfolg und entwickelst unsere Arbeitswelt aktiv weiter.
Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Projektmanagement-Teams
- Strategische Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung innerhalb der Abteilung
- Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg aller Kundenprojekte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, IT und Geschäftsleitung bei der Planung neuer Projekte
- Analyse von Projektkennzahlen, Erstellung von Forecasts sowie Kontrolle von Umsatz und Kosten
- Begleitung und Coaching der Projektleiter:innen in methodischen und fachlichen Themen
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter:innen bei Eskalationen und im Tagesgeschäft mit Top-Kunden
- Steuerung von Projekten im Umfeld Digitalisierung und Geschäftsprozessoutsourcing
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen, Tools und Arbeitsweisen
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung größerer IT-Projekte mit Verantwortung für Termine, Budget und Kundenkontakt
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Projektteams
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Softwareentwicklung, Digitalisierung, Prozessmanagement)
- Analytisches, unternehmerisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz, insbesondere im Umgang mit Key Accounts
