Operations Project Manager

At Staking Facilities, we've been building at the frontier of blockchain infrastructure since 2017. Now, we're looking for an Operations Project Manager to help coordinate high impact initiatives across our technical and strategic functions. You'll be hands on with everything from compliance to partner coordination and cross-functional projects, no two weeks will look the same.

This role is perfect for someone with strong project management skills, a tech curious mindset, and the ability to bring clarity, ownership, and calm to complex workstreams.

You'll join the Operations team and work closely with leadership, engineering, and partners to keep things moving across multiple domains.

You will:

• Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, coordinating internal responses, onboarding, and delivery
• Plan and steer internal cross-functional initiatives
• Maintain and evolve operational processes such as onboarding, contract tracking, and internal documentation
• Coordinate and improve our internal Information Security Management System (ISMS), including audits, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Support leadership with strategic project delivery, decision tracking, and internal communications'
• Help structure our growing operations function as we expand across new domains
• Bring a systems mindset: spotting inefficiencies, building documentation, and creating clarity where there is ambiguity

• You have existing experience in project management, operations, or IT consulting
• Able to independently run projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Technically curious: you don't need to be an engineer, but you are able to get your head around how things work in infrastructure and software engineering
• Comfortable context-switching and juggling multiple topics at once
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Familiar with compliance frameworks or eager to learn (e.g. ISO 27001, ISMS)
• Experience with internal tooling, documentation systems, and dashboards
• You take ownership, follow through, and bring structure
• You're comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and thrive when trusted to run with responsibility
• Fluency in English required, German is a strong plus
• Open to occasional travel and team meetups
